We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled MEP Senior Superintendent to oversee complex high-rise multi-family projects and high-end hotels across Texas. This role is critical for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Lead and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) operations for high-rise multi-family and high-end hotel projects.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets company standards, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor site staff, subcontractors, and vendors to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and provide accurate forecasts and reports.
- Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Travel: Ability to travel across Texas as required for project needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP supervision, specifically in high-rise multi-family and high-end hotel projects.
